Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
All return and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In order to determine if a product is eligible for return, we will check with the manufacturer. The eligibility criteria may vary depending on the specific product and the manufacturer’s terms.
1.1. Warranty Products
- Most of the products we sell come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.
- If your product is found to be defective or faulty within this warranty period, you may be eligible for a return or exchange after verification with the manufacturer.
- The return window for eligible products is 14 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this window, returns will be handled in accordance with the product’s warranty.
1.2. Non-Warranty Products
- For products that do not come with a warranty, returns will be considered on a goodwill basis.
- We reserve the right to review the condition of the product and the reason for return before making any decisions regarding refunds or exchanges.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice.
- For products with a manufacturer warranty, the issue or defect must be verified by the manufacturer.

3.2. Return Address
The return address will be provided on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and the manufacturer involved. Please do not send any products back to Elemen before receiving confirmation from our team.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed in the following manner:
- For products that are eligible for return and verified by the manufacturer, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the product is defective or a mistake was made on our part.
- For non-warranty products returned on a goodwill basis, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after assessing the condition of the product.
5. Exchange Policy
Where applicable, we may offer exchanges instead of refunds, especially for defective products. Any exchanges will be subject to availability and the manufacturer’s approval.
6. Exceptions
