This policy explains how orders are handled and delivered by Elemen (https://elemen.my). We are committed to dispatching every order quickly, safely, and efficiently across Malaysia.


1. Delivery Coverage

We ship across all of Malaysia, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia
  • Sabah and Sarawak

At this time, shipping outside of Malaysia is not yet available.


2. Courier Partners

We work with a range of courier providers depending on the region and order type, including but not limited to:

  • J&T Express
  • PosLaju
  • NinjaVan
  • DHL eCommerce
  • City-Link Express

We reserve the right to change courier providers without notice to ensure faster or safer delivery.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:

  • Package weight
  • Delivery location
  • Current courier rates

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.


4. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
    • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, public holidays, or current weather conditions.


5. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You can track your delivery status on the official website of the courier assigned to your order.


6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, logistics congestion)
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
  • Failure to receive the parcel within the scheduled delivery window

If your order has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Include photos of the parcel and product condition.
  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

A replacement or refund will be considered based on the outcome of the investigation.


8. B2B / Wholesale Shipping

For wholesale or bulk orders (B2B), processing times may vary depending on order volume and stock availability. Our team will contact you directly to confirm order details and logistics arrangements.
