1. General Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition (including packaging and labels).
- The request is made within 7 days of the date of receipt.
- The returned product has been verified by our team through a quality inspection.
Products that have been opened or used — particularly health and beauty products — are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Eligible & Ineligible Items
Eligible for Return:
- Products that arrived unopened or damaged during delivery.
- Products that differ from what was ordered (e.g. wrong variant, colour, or item).
Not Eligible for Return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer storage.
- Promotional items, free gifts, or clearance/sale items.
- Digital products, e-books, or vouchers.
3. How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return:

- Include the following:
- Your order number
- Full name and contact details
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for returning the item (if approved).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and verified, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method:
- Card payments → credited back to your card account
- FPX payments → credited to the original bank account
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the product you received is damaged, leaking, or incorrect:
- Report it within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence (product and packaging).
- We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund depending on the situation.
6. Goodwill Policy
We believe in customer satisfaction. In certain circumstances, we may consider a refund or replacement at our discretion, even outside the technical conditions of this policy — as an act of goodwill.
7. Exclusions & Our Rights
Hanif Development (002647287-X) reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions of this policy, or where abuse of the policy is detected.
